Parts of our quality control are:
– We check the quality of the material, such as the thickness and durability, as well as the quality of any accessories.
– We also check that our lanyards printing is clear and consistent across all lanyards.
– We test the attachment mechanism to ensure it is secure and will not come apart under normal conditions by pulling on the lanyard and observing how it behaves.
We also conduct functional tests that simulate the intended use of the lanyards like testing the breakaway mechanism, testing the lanyards in different environmental conditions, or simulating a scenario where the lanyard is pulled or stretched. This will identify any issues that may not be apparent during the inspection process.
